  • attire

    Complimentary cozy heated robes, sandals, lockers and lounges are provided.
    For the protection of your clothing and to receive your full spa experience, we ask that you wear the robes and sandals provided.
    We respect and protect your privacy at all times.
    Most body wraps and body scrub treatments are enjoyed with or without the disposable undergarments provided.   If you choose to wear your bathing suit or own undergarments, please bring an extra set to change into following your service.
    Men are required to wear undergarments with all body treatment services.

  • sanitation

    For your comfort, all our amenities, spa linens, towels, and whirlpool pedicure chairs are freshly sanitized prior to each service.

  • arrive early

    It’s important to not rush.  Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time, to start your treatment relaxed and on time.  Allow yourself time to unwind.  Early arrival allows for you to fill-out your Client Consultation, get acquainted with our lovely Boutique Luxury Day Spa, slip into your cozy heated robe and sandals and relax in our Tranquility Lounge while enjoying a cup of herbal tea and your complimentary warm, fragrant foot-soak.
    Being on time allows you to receive full treatment benefits and other clients will not be inconvenienced.

  • spa etiquette

    Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.
    Please walk and converse quietly at all times while in the Spa.
    For the respect of other guests and to preserve our calm sacred space, cellular phone & pager use is prohibited. Please be sure they are turned off before entering the Spa.
    Remembering this is quality time for yourself and other guests to relax, we welcome children over the age of fourteen (14).

    We want to assure you a safe, pleasant, and relaxing experience here at Spa Divine.
    All our Guests are required to complete a consultation prior to receiving spa services.
    Please advise our Concierge when booking – as well as your Spa Therapist(s) – of any physical ailments or allergies, or if you are taking any medications, or are pregnant, or of any medical condition, so that we may suggest appropriate spa treatments for you and your comfort.
    We are happy to provide you with any assistance.

Reservations

and cancellations

In order to guarantee availability of your desired services and times, reservations are recommended.
Guests are to provide a credit card at time of booking services.
Kindly provide 24-hour notice should a cancellation or date-change be necessary.
50% of the full service will be charged on any late cancellations and 100% on no-show appointments.
