spa etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.
Please walk and converse quietly at all times while in the Spa.
For the respect of other guests and to preserve our calm, cellular phone & pager use is prohibited. Please be sure they are turned off before entering the Spa.
Remembering this is your quality time to relax, we welcome children over the age of fourteen (14).
arrive early
Don’t rush. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time, to start your treatment relaxed and on time.
Allow yourself time to unwind. Slip into a cozy, warm robe, relax in our tranquility lounge, enjoying a cup of herbal tea with a complimentary fragrant foot-soak.
This will allow you to receive full treatment benefits and other clients will not be inconvenienced.
attire
Complimentary robes, sandals, lockers and showers are provided for your comfort.
For the protection of your clothing we ask that you wear the robes and sandals provided.
All our expert therapists are trained to drape sheets or towels discreetly over the areas of the body not involved with your treatment ~ We respect and protect your privacy at all times.
Most body wraps, scrubs and massage treatments are enjoyed without clothing.
However, if you choose to wear a bathing suit or undergarments, please bring an extra set to change into following your service.
Men are required to wear undergarments with all body-treatment services.

We want to assure you a safe, pleasant, and relaxing experience here at Spa Divine.
All our guests are required to complete a consultation prior to receiving spa services.
Please advise our concierge when booking – as well as your service provider – of any physical ailments or allergies, or if you are taking any medications, or are pregnant, or of any medical condition, so that we may suggest appropriate spa treatments for you and your comfort.
We are happy to provide you with any assistance.
sanitation
For your comfort, all our amenities, spa linens, towels, and whirlpool pedicure chairs are freshly sanitized prior to each service.
In order to guarantee availability of your desired services and times, reservations are recommended.
Guests are to provide a credit card at time of booking services.
Kindly provide 24-hour notice should a cancellation or date-change be necessary.
50% of the full service will be charged on any late cancellations and 100% on no-show appointments.
